State Caching Functions

Nimbus provides a state-caching editor that allows basic state caching settings to be configured without supplying any code. Simple couplings can be expressed to ensure good cache coherency. In more advanced state-caching scenarios where the couplings are more complex or the required logic is otherwise more involved, the driver developer may wish to manually implement state caching. The functions in this section allow direct control over the Nimbus state caching engine.

In addition to the DriverSession-based functions presented here, the CacheEntry class and GetCacheEntry function provide direct control over state caching behavior.
